Classic Angus is a great burger but they need a better recycling strategy for all the packaging waste!
Okay, I dont like to be harsh but wow. Really bad, like so so bad I cant even believe. Firstly the vibe is awkward when all you can hear is the staff yelling, secondly the tables outside have ants and obviously havent been cleaned properly in months. Dry bird sh*t and food isnt exactly nice to look at. Then thirdly getting the orders wrong and taking a large amount of time to complete them when its Sunday morning and not really super busy. Hmmmmm.
Mostly just warm (not hot) food. Service barely ordinary. Weak coffee. Have been several times thinking it might improve but it never has so we don't intend to give it another 'chance'.
Need to train your staff to speak properly. New Years Eve around 11.30 (Mc Cafe) she mumbled something like they were closed, but we were served at the other counter, security at the door even the manager wasn't sure if they were opened or closed. Get it together Victor Harbor!
Didnt like the service received by the woman serving at the McCafe - had entertainment book vouchers and everywhere else in South Australia they are easy going but this one tried to make out they didnt accept/honour them - useless moron. Need to train your staff so that they are respectful towards customers and dont treat them like criminals when they are merely ordering a cup of coffee otherwise you will find you dont have any customers at all.
