Had a major issue while travelling on Kangaroo Island. Although we are not from here, Ivan and the service team went above and beyond excellent service in diagnosing our fault, contacting other dealers to locate the part, and do the repairs, all with 2 days! Just purchased a new LC76 Landcruiser from the dealership and had my 1000k inspection. The staff are very friendly. The salesperson Isabelle was very friendly and helpful and provided a loaner vehicle while my new vehicle was procured. However, when I inspected the wiring for the Anderson plug that the dealership installed, I found that a connection near the battery had not been crimped and the wire was loose, creating a fire hazard. No relay was installed on the circuit either.
