The guys at ultratune are extremely honest. I had a sensor go on my car and needed to get back to Victoria. They arranged everything for me with an honest assessment of potential costs involved. Ended up being 1/4 of the price originally agreed. They also dropped off and picked up my Dad so he didnt have to taxi back to and from Port Elliot. Really impressed. Thank you.
I drove down to Victor Harbor to catch up with family and unfortunately when I arrived there my Nissan Pathfinder r50 had a totally stuffed auto transmission. It was grinding in all gears and there was no longer any reverse...There wasn't much left for it but a rebuild or second hand swap and I still needed to get all the way back to VIC. It was Thursday the 27th of December when I contacted these guys and they actually sourced a replacement transmission and swapped it in by COB Monday, the 31st.The vehicle made it back to Melbourne and was driving perfectly. I was just missing an arm and a leg, lol... but the guys here did a great job and jammed it into a tight time-frame at a busy period where a lot of places would probably not even be open.
I called in (without an appointment) yesterday and the service I received was ASTOUNDING. Truly above and beyond. It was a nice reminder of something lacking in so many other places.I'll be recommending that my sister (who's just moved to Victor Harbor) brings her car here from now on. You should too!
