I'm so disappointed with Henry's attitude, I have learned that this man is very angry and arrogant, i bought a dining setting on the 13th of September 2018 and a couple of days ago one of the chairs leg accidentally broke while I was sitting on it, I took it back to the furniture shop hoping for a simple replacement but according to Henry it was paramount to firstly blame the floor surface it was use on, then blame it on the amount of force I must have used; thanks but no the floor is good and I used no force.I was then told I could get a replacement chair at wholesale price, no regards for my fall and having a sore arm, neck with a whiplash and a sore back for 3 days.Henry I have no idea how you make your shop run, your attitude obviously doesn't help you at all.I cannot recommend anyone to buy from this shop.
