Great place for a drink, it's a farley relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff.
The website said that there was a special, so that was enough to bring 7 others along. Apparently no special, it's school holidays - but it was not on the website. Listen, service is everything. Get it right. Or at least say, sorry, and we will honor it.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Meal a bit of a let down. Chips not hot, steak a bit overcooked and tough.
Excellent place to stay as conventional style pub room with shared bathrooms.Edit (next morning): Absolutely fantastic place to stay if you want cheap pub accommodation. $50 single is just perfect for excellent clean room. There's no heater and it was a bit cool but once in bed I was warm as toast. Showers were old but clean as. Lock on the shower door was broken but it was a good hot shower. This is pub style accommodation. Don't expect 5 star motel and you'll be impressed.
