The staff are doing the best with what they've got - which is not much. We've had several experiences over the past three years of orders being incomplete, incorrect, or poor quality, and at a higher than other stores in the past. Items are often not available due to no stock. Items that in stock frequently attract a long wait time for them to be prepared. They've closed earlier than advertised on more than one occasion, and at times are borderline rude (likely due to feeling disenchanted/fed up) when having to remedy their mistake or omission. Admittedly not the staffs' fault but has been bad enough the last few times we now avoid going. The chicken pieces quality is highly questionable. Whether too greasy, dry, or undersized we're yet to see the "hit" of this stores alleged "hit and miss".
Bad customer service attitude. We entered this restaurant at 9:10 pm. The restaurant supposed to be closed at 10pm. However after we paid which is at 9:20pm, the girl in the kitchen refused us to eat in, because they said they have already cleaned the table. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Food was surprisingly good, the service was excellent.
