Great piece of grass right in the centre of town.Has a nice boulevard of trees for shade and of course the iconic Whale Tail sculpture. Is the centre of the Festival and Event season at Victor.Great spot for a picnic but beware the birds - the gulls and magpies can get very cheeky, even aggressive in their pursuit of your lunch.Right in the centre of all the key tourist attractions.Remember to be sun smart.
The ground was not properly prepared the Rock and Roll festival. It should at least have been mowed and made more presentable.
