Friendly helpful staff with a great range of equipment and group classes.

Great atmosphere, great staff, classes are brilliant, some equipment is a little dated but still very much functional, dumbbells could go heavier but all in all a wonder gym

Great classes and fantastic instructors with extensive knowledge and experience. My favourite classes are viva and fitball.
