The fish was very tasty. The chips were a little soft and oily. Pineapple fritter was delightful. Service was quick and friendly.
The chips are quite nice but the butterfish is very small and not worth $5 per piece. The fish seemed to be half the size of what I'd expect at the self-proclaimed "best fish and chip shop in Victor Harbor". Be prepared for an extremely long wait if going around lunch/dinner times.
Last time we ate here it was great. But will not be coming back. Cheaper to go to Coles myself. Freeze and microwave out the front so we can see your squid rings be taken out the bag. Glad we didn't get the chicken schnitzel and watch it get put in the microwave for 2 minutes
Fantastic food and equally as good customer service. They even dealt with an abusive customer in a professional and calm manner. The best fish and chips in Victor Harbor.
Been going here for a long time. It has changed hands a number of times without any issues. Last few times we felt that the high quality presentation has been lacking.Batter is soft & soggy & chips not crispy as before. It may be an issue with temperature of the oil or quality of itService is great but ...........?
